Behavioral Health Coordinator

Join SIUE’s Cougar Care team as our Behavioral Health Coordinator and help shape a collaborative, supportive, and clinically responsive approach to collegiate mental health care. We’re looking for an experienced, independently licensed clinician who is passionate about supporting students while helping other clinicians grow. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted clinical resource for the counseling team, providing clinical supervision and consultation, mentoring developing clinicians and trainees, supporting same-day and crisis needs, and helping navigate complex clinical situations. Rather than carrying a traditional ongoing therapy caseload, you’ll have the opportunity to use your clinical expertise to strengthen the team, improve access to care, and help ensure students receive the right support when they need it.
