We’re searching for an exceptional clinician and leader to help shape the future of student well-being at the University of South Carolina.
This is more than a job; it’s an opportunity to build, innovate, and leave a lasting legacy. As the leader of our peer well-being initiatives in Counseling & Psychology, you’ll work alongside incredible students and colleagues to expand peer programming across the Columbia campus while helping define what’s next for peer support in higher education.
If you’re energized by the opportunity to create, collaborate, and lead, this role offers the chance to:
• Expand peer well-being programming across a dynamic flagship university
• Develop innovative initiatives that can become a national model
• Mentor and empower student leaders
• Make a meaningful impact on the lives of thousands of students
• Leave your mark on the future of collegiate mental health and well-being
We’re looking for a licensed clinician who is also a visionary program builder, someone excited to think big, try new ideas, and help establish USC as a national leader in peer well-being.
Candidates must be independently licensed as an LPC, LISW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist in South Carolina at the time of hire, or be eligible to obtain independent South Carolina licensure within six months of hire if relocating from another state.
