Associate Director of Peer Leadership

We’re searching for an exceptional clinician and leader to help shape the future of student well-being at the University of South Carolina.

As the leader of our peer well-being initiatives in Counseling & Psychology, you’ll work alongside incredible students and colleagues to expand peer programming across the Columbia campus while helping define what’s next for peer support in higher education.

We’re looking for a licensed clinician who is also a visionary program builder, someone excited to think big, try new ideas, and help establish USC as a national leader in peer well-being.

Candidates must be independently licensed as an LPC, LISW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist in South Carolina at the time of hire, or be eligible to obtain independent South Carolina licensure within six months of hire if relocating from another state.
