The mission of the Health and Counseling Center (HCC) is to provide comprehensive, high-quality, compassionate, and accessible mental health services to students at the University of Portland. The HCC incorporates multicultural humility into all services and affirms the dignity of all students who access care.
This Master’s Level Mental Health Provider offers counseling and evaluation services, crisis management, and psychoeducation to University of Portland students. This position coordinates care with other HCC mental health care providers to promote the mental health and wellbeing of students. This position also helps develop and implement mental health education, outreach, and prevention programming.
This full-time position works a 9-month assignment period from mid-August thru mid-May in alignment with the academic year, with benefits eligibility for all 12 months of the year.
