Indiana State University is seeking a Counseling Supervisor for the Student Counseling Center. Primary responsibilities include providing direct clinical psychology services to students including crisis intervention, individual therapy and couples and group counseling. Performing outreach programs on campus. Providing clinical supervision to other clinicians as appropriate. In addition, this position will also provide outreach programming and consultation as needed. All staff are expected to assist with the practicum training program and to coordinate one or more areas as assigned by the Director. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude and be ready to help students be successful!
Required Qualifications:
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of a Master’s Degree in Counseling, Clinical or School Psychology, or a closely related field such as Marriage and Family Therapy or Social Work and 1-2 years of work experience. Applicants must also have experience working with crises and moderate to severe pathology. A qualified candidate must be licensed or license eligible as HSPP in the state of Indiana.
