Licensed Clinical Social Worker

New York Medical College ("NYMC" or "College") seeks a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide direct care to students for our student population of medical, dental, and graduate students. Our team plays an integral role in student success and is focused on providing mental health and wellness support to students in all graduate programs of the College. Under the supervision of the Associate Vice Chancellor, the LCSW is responsible for a variety of direct clinical responsibilities, including, but not limited to, conducting assessment and triage; time-limited psychotherapy and supportive counseling; identification of, and liaison with outside psychological resources and social supports, group counseling, and timely care for high-risk individuals. = This role also includes establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with diverse campus constituencies including students, administration, faculty, and staff.
