Psychologist/Mental Health Therapist

Counseling Services is recruiting mental health counselor and psychologist candidates to join the team.  Appointment may be 10-month cyclic OR 12-months at 0.8 FTE. This position provides direct clinical services to university students, outreach education, consultation to the university at large, and participates in center training programs. 

Counseling Services cares for a diverse student body of approximately 8500 graduate and undergraduate students. Counseling Services staff work closely and collegially with one another as well as other university offices, including Student Health, Case Management, Wellness, Disability Services, and Housing. Most of our work is conducted Monday through Friday from 8-5, with minimal afterhours events and only occasional on-call duties.  Work-life balance is important to our health and wellbeing and Student Counseling Services believes that staff self-care is vital to client care.
