Staff Counselor/Clinical Therapist

The Longbrake Student Wellness Center at the College of Wooster is seeking a 10-month, full-time Staff Counselor/Clinical Therapist to join a collaborative and dynamic team.  The College of Wooster is Ohio's most global campus, serving a diverse student population, with 24% of the student body comprised of domestic students of color, 17% international students, and approximately 30% of students who identify as LGBTQIA+. 

The Staff Counselor/Clinical Therapist enhances student wellness by fostering an inclusive residential community and providing therapy for diverse students. This role addresses personal and academic issues, collaborates with campus partners, supports crisis intervention, and ensures accessible and equitable wellness services.
